Uniform Wares goes simple with the 300 Series Chronograph

English watchmaker Uniform Wares shows that simple is sometimes better with one of its new timepieces.

The London-based brand has the design mentality that "our products have an intentionally pared down form that is characterised by distinct form, materials, colour and surface finish".

Hodinkee reports that its 300 Series Chronograph highlights this choice of style, especially with the timepiece having a "clean dial", which is free of text and numbers, yet very easy to read.

However, unlike the 100 and 200 Series watches from Uniform Wares, this is the first watch that uses a chronograph movement, with three sub-dials showing a little more data, as well as the inclusion of a small date window being displayed at the four o'clock location.

The news source commented: "It's a very well executed watch, with very pleasing overall proportions and design. Its minimal looks are enhanced by the lugless case."

Consumers who take a fancy to the 300 Series Chronograph will be treated to a choice of either a PVD brass, PVD matt black or satin brushed steel finish.
