This week's ATP World Tour Finals at the O2 Arena in London are far from an understated affair, with many of the elite tennis players in attendance perhaps being lined up to become Fossil watch fans.

That's because upon their appearance in the capital last Friday (November 20th), each player turned up in suits while gifts were liberally handed out, with such luxury items as headphones, sunglasses and the aforementioned Fossil watches, the Independent revealed.

It continued: "The tournament has a tradition for pampering the players, who are staying at a swish hotel opposite the Houses of Parliament, and will travel to the arena by riverboat."

Chairman of the ATP World Finals Phil Anderton claimed that so many tickets have been sold to the end-of-year event - which will see 1,500 ranking points awarded to an undefeated winner - it has already surpassed 15 Led Zeppelin concerts at the same venue.

Brits will undoubtedly be rooting for Andy Murray, who looks to hang onto his world number four spot ahead of Juan Martin del Potro.
