Tony Stewart's Nascar race crew picked up Tissot watches as part of their Tissot Pit Road Precision Award, received this weekend (July 4th).

The No 14 team managed to clock up the fastest total pit stop time during the 160-race, having spent not a hundredth split over 238.890 seconds on the pit road.

Underlining the importance of quick pit stops during the 400-mile Daytona International Speedway race, Stewart ended up being the fastest man around the track in his Chevy Impala SS.

Commenting on his pit award and race win, Stewart said: "The guys on this Burger King/Old Spice/Office Depot/US Army Chevrolet team did an awesome job.

"They had great stops all night long. They were just consistent."

Jeff Gordon and Greg Biffle's teams are currently swimming in Tissot watches, leading the Pit Precision award standings, with 18 races remaining during this season.

Former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya won the previous Tissot Pit Precision Award.
