Raymond Weil has unveiled two special lines of timepieces which will be given to those taking part in the 2011 Brit Awards, watch fashionistas may be interested to hear.

A total of 60 watches will be made from the Swiss brand, with the BRIT Awards Men's Freelancer being gifted to the males, while females will be honoured with the women's Noemia timepiece, Professional Jeweller reported.

Some appealing features of the men's watch include a "stylish minimalism" being opted for, as well as a 42mm handcrafted steel case, sapphire crystals and a black leather strap allowing it to show as much glitz as the award ceremony brings each year.

Meanwhile, the Noemia comes with is subtly smaller, measuring in at 32mm, while being set with 72 diamonds and featuring an elegant mother-of-pearl dial.

Laurie Milne, marketing director at Raymond Weil UK, commented: "We are especially delighted to be launching the Men's and Women's limited edition watches that mark such an important occasion in the music industry calendar."

This year's Brit Awards take place at the O2 in London on February 15th and sees Tinie Tempah leading the field of nominations, with the rapper up for four gongs.
