Ralph Lauren launches limited edition watch

First published: 14-07-2010

Luxury watch maker Ralph Lauren has unveiled a new design to mark the tenth anniversary of the Pink Pony Collection.

The timepiece, which aims to showcase an element of equestrian style, will also help to raise funds for a good cause, Professional Jeweller reports.

Money raised from the sales will be donated to the Pink Pony Fund, which aims to help fight against cancer.

Each Ralph Lauren watch will be individually numbered and will be sold complete with a note from the designer himself.

Just five timepieces are in the Stirrup series, so fans of luxury watches will need to be on the lookout if they are hoping to bag one.

Research for the Clothes Show London recently found that women spend £200 more on their summer holiday wardrobe than on the holiday itself.

On average, women spend over 15 hours getting ready for their summer holiday, the statistics revealed.
