Mobile shopping to be used by those looking for new watches

Those in the market for new watches this Christmas have been told that their job will be made even easier by mobile shopping.

Patricia Davidson, author of The Shopaholic's Top 1,000 Websites and founder of, said that more and more applications are going to become available in the future to help people do their shopping from their smartphone.

"We are going to see more and more apps and there is going to be more and more mobile shopping. I don't think it will ever be an enormous percentage overall, but I think the growth will be phenomenal," Ms Davidson explained.

The expert went on to say more people are going to be using the iPad and iPhone for shopping, which might interest those on the lookout for new watches this Christmas period.

Recently, Kelkoo found that UK families will spend over a fifth of their festive budget online this year.
