Limelight City watch 'reminiscent of 1960s'

First published: 04-08-2010

The new Limelight City watch has style that is mainly associated with the 1960s, it has been suggested.

An article for luxist.com highlighted that the watch is reminiscent of a similar design from Piaget in that it boasts a sideways cushion design.

This particular design is flattering to the wrist and has a classic appeal, the piece revealed, while also benefiting from a range of intricate features.

"Inside the watch is a Piaget manufacture made 524P automatic movement that is visible through a sapphire caseback window," it explained.

Furthermore, this timepiece has a range of strap colour choices, making it easier for the wearer to choose one that best suits their individual style.

In recent days, an article for Forbes India revealed that it is the sheer intricacy and attention to detail of luxury watches which makes them so popular with the watch-buying public.
