Layering watches is 'new trend'

Women who want to be on the cutting edge of fashion have had a trend picked out by a fashion commentator who realises just how trendy watches can be.

Cynthia Sliwa of JCK Online, a global jewellery resource, highlighted comments made in Lucky magazine for October, which emphasised the cool look anyone can get from stacking watches up one wrist.

Fossil watches were a particularly popular choice from the magazine, she highlighted, as cheaper watches are obviously more desirable - as long as they still look really fashionable!

Lucky explained its point of view: "Dainty on their own, these retro lady watches become alluringly tough when you pile on different finishes and thicknesses.

"Add in a few thin, rocker-ish bangles and the effect is punky flash with a neat dose of elegance."

Earlier this month, Randall Konik of Jefferies & Co told Associated Press that Fossil had a "Buy" rating from him and his association, claiming the organisation is particularly popular for diversifying its range of products across the world.
