Kevin Pieterson to continue work with Citizen watches

Kevin Pieterson has announced he will be continuing to work with Citizen watches in his role as a spokesperson for the company's Eco-Drive timepieces.

The England cricketer has stated that he has extended his partnership with the brand and will continue to work with them for a further two years.

Citizen Watch UK brand director Mark Robinson said the company was delighted that Kevin Pieterson (KP) was planning to continue his work with the company.

"KP is one of the finest batsmen in the game, and the precision and timing required to execute such cricketing skills fit perfectly with how our Citizen Eco-Drive watches are perceived," Mr Robinson added.

Pieterson will be involved with the promotion of the company's new contemporary sport chronograph, which has a rose gold case and a brown leather strap.

The announcement is the second instalment of good news for the company recently, as Citizen had reported it saw a strong month of sales during January.
