Watch collectors will have the chance to get their hands on a range of valuable and important timepieces next month at an auction in Geneva.

Christie's auction house has announced that a sale will be taking place in the city on November 14th 2011, with a wide range of watches included.

Among the selection is a group of four Omega watches which were all made from 2006 to the present, which are valued at between 9,000 and 14,000 Swiss francs (£6,316 and £9,826), while some older timepieces make up the other lots.

Several Jaeger-LeCoultre and Audemars Piguet are on offer, as are some rare pink Rolex designs, which come complete with their original boxes and are estimated to be worth from 4,000 Swiss francs.

Another sale of watches in Geneva will take place during November at Sotheby's, with timepieces owned by the late German chancellor Konrad Adenauer and India's first president Rajendra Prasad being put up for sale.
