Ice-Watch releases new watches for World Cup

First published: 30-05-2014

With the 2014 World Cup just round the corner, Ice-Watch has unveiled a new range of watches that are related to the global footballing competition.

There are eight timepieces in this collection, which represent the same number of national squads - Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, USA and England, according to WatchPro.

Each of the watches comes in two different sizes, while the flag design of the respective nation is on the dial. All of the products are water-resistant up to ten atm, while they all come with silicone straps.

Ice-Watch recently announced a partnership with Brussels Airlines and the cabin crew will now wear a branded timepiece with their uniform, while certain products can be purchased by any individuals choosing to fly with this airline.

Since the brand started in 2007, in excess of 12 million of the Belgian-made watches have been purchased.
