Holidaymakers urged to be fashionable while away

It is important for people not to forget their sense of style while they are on holiday, an expert has claimed.

UK editor of AskMen Andrew Lubega emphasised that it is all too easy to throw fashion sense out of the window while abroad.

However, if people become clued up on their chosen destination, they can pack items such as designer watches that they know are going to stand out, he suggested.

"If you're going away for a long period of time, you need to be sure to pack things that you're actually going to wear," he continued.

Although this sounds obvious, Mr Lubega highlighted that it is easy to forget airline baggage weight restrictions and that space will need to be left for packing holiday purchases.

Clothes Show London recently found that women spend £200 more on their summer holiday wardrobe than on the holiday itself.
