F.P. Journe reveals an aluminium Centigraphe watch

First published: 13-05-2011

Fashion watch lovers who are looking for a timepiece that is unique from other designs on the market may want to check out a new offering from F.P. Journe.

The timepiece brand has confirmed that it is to make a device for its Centigraphe collection that is covered entirely in aluminium.

Hodinkee reported that this element will be used for the case design, as well as to enhance the watch's bracelet's style.

Rubber will also be featured on the timepiece, providing soft coverings for the device's crown and pushers.

The style decision makes for a sportier watch from F.P. Journe, which had recently kept the line to having just platinum and gold finishes.

Meanwhile, consumers with an interest in travelling would be wise to check out the Octa UTC from the brand before jetting off.

That is because the watch features a design that allows various time zones to be read via the earth's geographical position, Watch Luxus recently reported.
