Clive Owen sports Panerai Luminor watch

An attractive Panerai Luminor timepiece has been sported by Clive Owen in one of his upcoming movies, watch fans may be interested to hear.

The actor donned a product from the Panerai Luminor 1950 range for Trust, with Watch ID pinpointing it as most likely the 8 Days Chrono Monopulsante GMT.

Some of the appealing elements of the watch that may encourage buyers to splash the cash include a bulky 44mm-diameter case – to make reading the time simple – which is styled in brushed steel or brushed titanium.

Owen chose to wear the watch with a solid black dial, which allows the markers and hands to stand out with ease, though a brown-toned face is also available to consumers.

An eight-hour power reserve and 24-hour indicator both also featured on the timepiece, while an elegant brown strap finishes off the design.

The well-known film name chose the watch for his portrayal of a worried father who struggles to cope after his daughter becomes a victim of an online sexual predator.
