Fashion watch fans will be able to view a special-edition timepiece from Bremont at an upcoming show.

The P-51 limited-edition watch is the product in question, which is named after the well-known Mustang fighter plane of the second world war and will be showcased at BaselWorld, Hodinkee reported.

One of the main features of the timepiece is the fact that it uses actual aluminium from the outer skin of the aircraft, which can be found on the central 30-minute subdial and its self-winding rotor.

The news source added: "The watch is assembled in Bremont's London atelier and features a modified Swiss chronograph chronometer movement, with the addition of a 24-hour UTC hand."

Watch collectors will want to be quick to snap up one of these Bremont timepieces when they are released in the autumn, as they are limited to just 251 pieces.

BaselWorld will see a host of the biggest names in the watch industry descending on the Swiss destination between March 24th and 31st to show off their latest designs.
