Elegant watchmaker Audemars Piguet has made a large contribution at this year's Tony Awards, those interested in the timepiece industry may want to note.

The 65th annual Broadway event had both its red carpet and green room and gifting suite areas sponsored by the brand, while also presenting an online charity auction in aid of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman and Chicago starlet Christie Brinkley were also lucky enough to win watches from Audemars Piguet, which were locked away in two cases that required a special key to open.

Some of the other well-known Hollywood and Broadway names in attendance included Al Pacino, Robin Williams, Chris Rock and Samuel L Jackson, just to name a few.

Francois-Henry Bennahmias, chief executive and president of Audemars Piguet North America, commented: "The relationship with the Tony Awards continues to flourish and I am personally excited to see the Broadway community embrace us. I consider them a part of the Audemars Piguet family."

Fashion watch fans can get their hands on their very own special Audemars Piguet device with the new Jules Audemars Dual Time, which is detailed in rich pink gold and silver elements.
