The watch was returned as faulty, but when the refund came it was for the value of the watch only and did not include the cost of postage - when goods are being returned as faulty (not because you changed your mind) The Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 require the vendor to provide a FULL REFUND. When I phoned them they initially tried to fob me off with excuses as to why they refunded the value of the watch only - until a reminded them of their legal obligations - then eventually a refund for the outstanding balance was made. A reputable company should be trading in accordance with the law automatically - my phone call should not have been necessary.

Good looking watch at a great price. Comes with easy to follow instructions. It is quite large and I would like to echo a previous comment that it is hard to imagine that the watch would look good on a lady's wrist.
