The Nixon Re-Run is an extremely stylish and subtle addition to the Nixon rage. One of its best features is the wrist band clasp which unlike many metal banded watches, has an adjustable lock negating the need to take any links out at your local jewelers. This, however, was just a nice little bonus ontop of what has already become one of my favourite watch choices of recent years. The watch has a nice weight about it making it feel like a well constructed item.The silver finish completes the professional look seperating it from its rubber version. Theres only the need for two easy to use buttons to switch between modes Time, Time 2, Alarm, Timer and to turn on the backlight which works well in its own right. These said buttons are raised slightly from the main screen which isnt noticable but would Im sure add a certain level of protection against scratches on the screen.

I received a stainless steel Re-run a few days ago. The design is stylish, not garish or encumbered with knobs and features that will never be used. Or with buttons that alter the time if inadvertently knocked as on my previous watch, causing embarrassment. BUT the buttons are difficult to operate. On my watch the left hand light button is OK when you get the hang of it but the right hand button which changes the digits for minutes, hours, months etc is very hit and miss, so changing time/date is a real trial. This might be just this specimen or my ineptitude since no one else has mentioned it. I am in correspondence with Nixons re the issue. My rating assumes this issue is my specimen.
