HOW DOES THE CLIENT CLAIM?
In order to claim the free strap, once they have made their purchase, the client will need to email operation-gwp@baume-et-mercier.com and advise that they have made a purchase.
They will then be asked to provide the following information:
- Selected Free Strap Reference (BWN, BKF, BGS, BLU)
- Date of Purchase
- Technical Reference (engraved on the back of the watch)
- Serial Number (engraved on the back of the watch)
- A copy of the guarantee card
- Copy of a proof of purchase
- Delivery Information (UK only)
The clients strap will then be sent to them after the 15th January.

To be eligible for the gift item of an additional alligator leather strap for a Clifton Baumatic leather strap watch (“gift”), customers must correctly send by email all required fields expected (see "Required Information" section) to the address operation-gwp@baume-et-mercier.com within 30 days of their purchase and, by the latest, by 28th February 2019, with details of their Clifton Baumatic watch purchase.
The gift will be sent after 15th January 2019 in a separate shipment from the designated watch purchase. All watch returns must be accompanied by the gift item. Images of gifts are stock images and actual gifts may vary.

Returns
To return your item(s) as unwanted, you have 14 days to inform us. From this date, you will have 60 days to return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.
In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund, the following conditions apply:
- The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee and extras that were included within it
- Earrings, belly bars and other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless the tamper seal or sealed bag is still intact
- If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours
