About Ebel
Ebel watch history dates back to Switzerland in 1911 and is based on a premise that at that time was unique: established by a married couple, each brought their own brand of masculinity and femininity to the brand identity. Eugene Blum and Alice Levy combined their initials (Eugene Blum et Levy) to formulate the brand name and worked in close partnership to create a line of premium quality luxury wristwatches that fused the male with the female. Ebel watches began with Eugene using his experience and knowledge to ensure all the technical aspects were taken care of, resulting in high standards of precision and quality. In tandem with this, Alice focused her efforts on the aesthetic side of things, bringing a distinctively daring eye for detail to the table and introducing the soft, pleasing curves the Ebel watch brand remains known for to this day.

To return your item(s) as unwanted, you have 14 days to inform us. From this date, you will have 60 days to return your item(s) to be eligible for a refund. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded with the original payment method you used to place your order.
In order to return any item(s) as unwanted and receive a full refund, the following conditions apply:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with any instructions, guarantee and extras that were included within it
- Earrings, belly bars and other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless the tamper seal or sealed bag is still intact
- If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours
