I brought this watch for work but to be honest it is far too good to wear to work, for the price I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it is, it’s a great watch and build quality I have more expensive watches that are not much better than this, in the two weeks I’ve owned it it has only gained 30 seconds, not bad for a automatic watch, the more expensive watches I own gain that a day, only one tiny thing the fluorescent dot on the twelve o’clock position on the bezel has come off but to be honest it looks better without it. Great watch great value great quality
I purchased this watch about two weeks ago, I wanted a watch for work and to be honest it’s too good to wear for work, I wasn’t expecting anything special for the money but I was pleasantly surprised, it is worth every penny and more , the two weeks I have been wearing it it has only 30 seconds not bad for a cheap automatic watch but to be honest it doesn’t feel or look cheap at all, I have more expensive automatic watches that gain 30+ seconds a day, only small fault is the fluorescent blob on the bezel at twelve o’clock has come off, but to be honest it looks better without it, great watch great value great quality

In most regards, this is an exceptional watch for the price - sturdy sapphire glass, strong power reserve, and a satisfyingly smooth sweep to the second hand. However, the watch I received has a flawed printing on the bezel. Many of the white numbers are 'smudged' with the black of the bezel, and therefore there isn't the striking contrast I expected. The watch itself would be 5 stars under ordinary conditions - the unfortunate issues with quality control have bumped it down a few. From other reviews, it looks like this might be a very rare issue, and the merits of the watch have kept the experience from being negative overall. The bracelet didn't have the design flaw some earlier reviews mentioned, so it does seem as though Depth Charge are actively trying to correct issues with the quality.
After owning a few budget friendly watches I find it can be hit and miss with the quality. I saw this and thought I’d purchase it. I was worried that there would be something that put me off. However… there is absolutely nothing I can fault! The specs for the money are incredible! To add to that, bezel action on cheaper divers tends to have backplay/bounce which I was worried about. However, this is where this watch shines through for the price. It has solid bezel action not to mention the ceramic insert, Seiko movement, 200m water resistance and a reasonably solid bracelet. It’s very similar to my Seiko Sea Urchin but I would actually say that the quality of this is far superior. If your on the fence with this watch then don’t be as it looks like a premium timepiece for an more than reasonable price.
Recently bought this. Fabulous looking watch and no money at all for what you get. Would highly recommend. Only downside is that the srap does not allow enough fine adjustment. The main links are approx. 10.5mm and the fine adjustment gives only 4mm over the three usable holes. (It is not possible to use the fourth (I.e.tightest) hole as it clashes with the divers extension part of the fastener). I attached a sliver of foam padding on the inside to get a perfect fit. Otherwise a super watch.

I've reviewed this on my site, and it's genuinely a staggering watch for the money - it blew my mind. The list of specs is outstanding, and it looks like it's worth so much more than the price tag suggests. Simply put: if you're after a solid diving watch that looks the part but doesn't break the bank, you'd be hard pushed to find a better watch than the Depth Charge.
