I bought this after spending a lot of time looking for a chronograph style watch for everyday use, and one that reflected my military profession. After trawling a number of specialist militaria websites, I gave up and instead found this alternative, priced significantly cheaper than many alternatives. Its a nice, chunky chronograph, polished steel case though I get the sense that the case could be easily scratched necessitating some extra care and attention when wearing it. The strap was key for me, a military style loop-through 20mm leather band that is easily and quickly swapped out for any one of a number of bespoke nylon bands I also purchased a band in Royal Navy colours. The leather band does look and feel rather cheap, but it is smart enough and these things are easily replaced. The polished steel case and hands, combined with the dark blue face, really make this watch stand out - its exactly what I was looking for. On top of this, the excellent Indiglo function allows me to time-keep at night, which is somethi I was specifically after. In summary this is a lovely watch, quickly and easily customised and very reasonably priced, but one which could show wear and tear rather quickly if not looked after. Looking forward to getting the most out of it!
