Purchased this from the watchshop for my daughters birthday. It arrived promptly and nicely packaged. The watch is beautiful and she is delighted. It is not to big or heavy as she has a small wrist. We took it to Goldsmiths to have it adjusted free of charge in Cardiff and the service was excellent. The watch is elegant and a beautiful rose gold colour which matches with all outfits.

I think we are onto a winner, let me tell you a story to explain why...

My better half is a fussy little thing who chops and changes her mind about what she likes more often than I change my underwear at least once a day mind!! so for this story, we shall cal her Fussy-locks.
One day, while browsing the internet, Fussy-locks came across the Watch Shop website. She clicked onto the site and saw three Watches that she liked the look of. As her birthday was nearing I decided to treat her to the first watch, A Radley watch with a suede effect strap.
After wearing the watch for 2 days Fussy-locks said “This watch is no good, the strap gets ruined and dirty to easily, look at the state of it, I cant wear this any more!”, and off it came..
So, back to the internet we went, where she picked out watch number 2, Also Radley, only this time it had a metal strap.
Again, after wearing the watch for 2 days Fussy-locks came to me and said This watch is no good, it doesnt match the Bracelet I like to wear, nor does it go with my handbag! I cant wear this anymore, and off it came..
Months past before I allowed her to venture back online, she didnt have a clue what the time was Checking her phone is too much like hard work.
Then came Christmas, I figured now was a good a time as any to give this another go, but I wasnt going to guess what watch she would like, so again, I let her loose on the Watch Shop website, this time she picked a Michael Kors watch.
I was hesitant to get it, based on previous purchases, but I threw caution to the wind and placed the order.
The next couple of days she paced up and down waiting for the postman, she seemed unusually eager to get this watch, this was clearly a good sign.
The watch arrived and despite needed a couple of links removed she seemed very impressed with it.
After wearing the watch for 2 days, Fussy-locks approached me with a familiar face, I knew what was coming..
Then, just as my heart began to sink, she started to smile and said This watch is perfect, the rose gold colour matches my jewellery perfectly, the stones set around the face make it really stand out and it even matches my phone case and perfume yep, the important things! I Love it!!

Any way, its been a couple of weeks now and Fussy-locks has shown no sign changing her mind again, so to me, thats a result!

Thanks to the Watch Shop for making all transactions so easy, customer service has been fantastic each and every time.
I will be back, no doubt sooner than I plan to.

Apologies to those hoping for bears, or a more dramatic ending to the story.. Im supposed to be working and the boss keeps walking past, so I had to cut it short.

The watch is high quality and although the colour is not as rose gold that I was expecting it appears to change colour depending on the light from rose to yellow, which makes it quite interesting.

Its a Birthday present from my boyfriend, technically not allowed it until 2nd of October, but have tryed it on for fit its a lovely sized watch, not too big or too small or heavy. Il need to get some links taken out the strap but thats my fault for not measuring my wrist properly! I really love the rose colour, its so shiney it also seems to be more in trend at the moment. Its my first time to buy it here in Watch shop and how I wished i found out aboug watch shop sooner . If i did not try to google online I wouldnt found out. Its my first time to purchased something in watch shop and i had to be honest . I was doubtful at first it it was legit as it is cheaper than in the shop . But i still purchased it and i wasnt wrong. At the checkout i get to choose if i want it to be delivered in one of the Goldsmiths shop which i did. I have read some of the reviews people advising costumers to do it .nThe watch arrive so quick and when i went to pick it up I asked them to resize it for me as i have small wrist . Overall , my experience of purchasing in watch shop is excellent, quick and easy and I recieve a confirmation email with a copy of my invoice . I recently bought this watch ax a 21st birthday present for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. The watch is a beautiful rose gold colour with nice detail around the outside edge of the face and pretty jewels on the dial. I liked this feature as there is then no risk of jewels coming off. Its a good size whilst not being too bulky - my daughters wrist is slim and the watch suits her really well. Nice, easy to use clasp. The watch is a good weight and feels very comfortable to wear. A gorgeous watch and highly recommended for ladies of any age.

Absolutely beautiful watch. Had my eye on a rose gold MK watch for some time and received this as a Birthday gift. Originally wanted one with stones around the whole face of the watch, but this one is much better as its a little more subtle and the stones are encased within the face. Ill never have to worry about one falling out, or them getting dirty and needing to be cleaned. The detail around the face, and the overall finish is gorgeous. Ive had quite a few compliments any time Ive worn it out. The instructions that come with it arent that great in terms of showing you how to use the chronograph, but its not difficult to work out for those who would use that feature. Fab purchase.

Only bad thing is it is not easy to adjust the strap so I need to take to a shop to make smaller

having looked at lots of rose gold watches I am really pleased with this choice. It is slightly pinker in tone than others, which o found more flattering and eye catching. I have small wrists and it is the perfect size for me, big enough to Make a statement but still having some of the strap on views its in proportion. It also has just the right amount of sparkle without being over the top- the edge of the face is cut so it catches the light rather than being covered in stones so I feel comfortable wearing this every day. I love the rose colour of the face too.

The face is quite deep, so it stands up a bit on the arm but for me this works, its not so much that its awkward and this keeps it up to date.

I think this watch is gorgeous - it was a gift for my other half and she is not a fan of small watches. It is fairly large with a healthy-feeling weight, but still not overly to the point of being masculine. The rose gold finish is beautiful and this is an eye-catching watch that pairs up well with white gold e.g. wedding rings. Would highly recommend.

Thought Id treat myself to a present as no one else was going to buy it for me lol and its a truly Gorgeous watch, quality as expected from Michael Cors. I dont really like Gold watches, I usually buy silver, but thought Id give the Rose Gold colour a try as it looked Lovely and Im not disappointed. Its a pinky/gold kind of colour. Im a relatively small woman and I didnt find the watch too big and bulky but just right. Touch of bling but nothing that makes it look tacky. Also has the chronograph on it which to be honest I probably wont use but adds a lovely touch to the watch. I took a gamble and asked them to remove 3 links in the special instructions and it fit absolutely perfectly!! so no running to the shop trying to getting it altered : Would highly recommend this watch, and in fact all Michael Kors watches and wouldnt hesitate to buy another.

This watch is lovely, much more detail and looks much better than a more expensive Hugo Boss I also looked at to buy. The closure is a bit strange so to store it in a jewellery box for example it needs to be on its side taking up quite a lot of room if you have other watches in there. Side from side, was a prefect Xmas gift. Watch shop did their usual trick of emailing me after my purchase with how much cheaper it now is. Last watch I buy from here. Thanks!

The ordering and delivery of the watch were fine. However, there were problems in getting the strap adjusted. Having looked at your instructions, my wife took the watch to Goldsmiths in Eldon Shopping Mall in Newcastle. She was told there was no one there to do the job and was sent to Reids Jewellers. The girl there said the man was available to do the adjustment, but then asked if I bought the watch in the Goldsmiths shop. When I told him I got it online, she said to come back tomorrow, a round trip of 20 miles. Her attitude made me feel like a second class citizen, especially as there was no one else in the shop. I hen went to Goldsmiths on Pilgim St, explained the problem, and they adjusted the strap.a .
