As your order progresses, you will receive 3 separate emails to notify you of the order status. Initially after placing the order you will receive an order confirmation email stating that is has been processed by our system. The second email will inform you that the item has been 'picked' from stock and allocated to your order - at this point your card will be charged. The final email will be on despatch and will include the tracking number, which you can track online.

If you have placed an order with us but not received it within the estimated delivery time, please first investigate the following points:

1) Have you received any emails notifying you of order progress'
2) Was the item in stock at the time of ordering' We can only guarantee despatch timescales for in stock items.
3) Have you received an email to notify you that there was a problem with your order'

If several days have elapsed and the item has still not been received, then please submit an enquiry to us and we will investigate it for you as soon as possible.
