The Ted backer earings and necklace itself was fine, however the packaging as it was been given as a gift was covered with a disgusting sticker and damaged the packaging itself.

The packaging did not appear as shown in the picture. There’s probably a very small line somewhere that states this but I missed it. Slightly disappointed. Ted baker jewellery appeared to have a material pouch as welll as box. Just came with the box.

Returns

- If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours
