Tokyo Flash developed pocket watch |
Tokyo Flash, known for its futuristic timepieces, has taken inspiration from the past for its latest design, as it announced the release of a pocket watch
Tokyo Flash has announced that it is to move away from creating futuristic timepieces with its latest device.
The company, known for developing innovative ways of telling the time and its inventive use of LED lights, has now released a pocket watch.
Named the Rogue Touch Pocket Watch, the timepiece has the signature looks of the traditional watch style, with the round face held in a case with a chain also attached.
However, inside the case the watch is very much a Tokyo Flash design, as it displays the time in a series of circles around the edge of the face, with each one representing either the hours, minutes or seconds.
The touch-screen timepiece manages to combine classic design with the most modern of technology.
Fans of Tokyo Watches regularly submit their own ideas for timepieces in to the company, with one German fan recently putting forward a design which featured continuous lines running around the bracelet.
