Rotary watches - Dolphin technology

In the past two years, Rotary has introduced a new technology called Dolphin. This is a technology standard developed exclusively by Rotary, which basically means your watch is water proof. It can be immersed in water completely, used for swimming and even used for water sports. However it does not mean it can be used for deep sea diving.

Using modern technology, Rotary have been able to feature Dolphin technology in nearly all of the Rotary watch range.

Generally, the only ones which do not have the Dolphin standard are those made from precious metals. Unfortunately due to the nature of gold and silver, it is not possible to make these watches to the Dolphin standard - however they are still water resistant.

This means that even fashion and dress watches can now be worn while doing activities such as washing up or showering. This is a huge development in the watch industry and gives us yet another reason to pick Rotary when choosing a watch.
