VERIFIED WATCHSHOP BUYER (PURCHASED: SUN 20TH MAR 2011)
I'm a big fan of classic style watches. But sometimes you just get bored with all of these straight lines. Why to be serious all the time? Adidas Seoul was exactly what i needed: fresh colour, no ordinary form (and size) and finally - i don't have to figure, what time is it, by using scaleplate anymore(although i have no problems with it).
What else do i like about this watch? I may through out the instruction (and may be i should, because it has no information about this model) - the watch is really so easy to use (set the time/alarm and so on).
Another big plus is the lighting - the light is soft, gentle but at the same time sufficient.
The watch seems very well done and the materials are good too.
Well, actually i don't see any minuses at all. But tiny people, watch out - the size is really BIG.

VERIFIED WATCHSHOP BUYER (PURCHASED: THU 17TH MAR 2011)
Wanted a light colour sport watch for cycling and for the gym, which is easy to use, easy to read, has a great backlight, and wanted something other than a Casio this time
After hours of searching and trying to decide which watch to buy, I choose the Adidas Seoul Chronograph.
It is quite hard to choose a watch when all you have is a picture, and the colors do not normally match the original in natural light, but this one looked convincing enough on the picture.
After like 1,5 days I received the watch, perfect brand new condition.
My first thougt was wow, this watch is big, at least compared to my previous ones.
The color of the whole watch is just absolutely amazing, probably the best baby blue I have ever seen. ☺
Setting up the watch was easy and smooth, just needed 3 minutes to figure it out.
Have to mention, that the enclosed manual is completely useless, I did not find any useful information in there in regards to this model, but as mentioned before, if you have ever owned any digital watches, it will be easy to figure it out. Just go through the options, press buttons, etc, it is fun, and simple.
The watch has the usual options for a sport watch, countdown, stopwatch (split/lap timer), alarm, has the hourly beeping sound option, 24-hour or 12hour clock type. On the time screen you can see the day, month and date. There is an option to set the year, however it is not shown anywhere during use.
What I like exceptionally is the 2 time zones option. You can set the time, and a 2nd one by setting the time zone. Check the time in the 2nd time zone is just a short press of a button, swapping is a longer hold of that button, so very easy. Flying abroad will be a lot more easier, will not have to spend 5 minutes to change the clock every time I travel somewhere, and then do the whole thing again on the way back.
There is an option to turn on or off the button sounds, and the lights as well. And the best part of the watch is actually the one I was most afraid of, it’s the backlight. It is just perfect, even better than what I was expecting, as can be seen on the picture.
Overall the watch needs a little ‚ get used to it‘ time, due to the size of it, but it is a real easy process. Strap is long enough, extremely comfortable to wear. I am very happy with it, and definitely going to wear it every day, and recommend to anyone.
