	Same day despatch Orders which are received before 2 pm are despatched on the same day (working days only). Orders received after 2 pm are also often despatched the same day.
	Next day delivery Orders over £60 are guaranteed for delivery the following working day before 1 pm. For orders under £60, you can upgrade to this option for £2 extra, otherwise your order is sent by recorded delivery for free.
	Tracking numbers and despatch dates When your order is despatched, you will receive the tracking number by email (and optionally a text to your mobile phone) to let you know when to expect it to arrive. We also deliver on Saturdays.
	Delivery to your work, neighbour or home We will deliver to addresses which are different to your billing address. Simply specify where you want it delivered in the checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We can ship most orders to anywhere within the UK, as well as mainland Ireland.

As well as to UK and Eire locations, we also ship to almost anywhere within the EU, Australia and the USA. However, certain brands of watches have international shipping restrictions, as detailed below.

Please note : We do not currently ship to Africa or Asia.

Guess, Marc Ecko, CK and Citizen - Can only be shipped within the UK
Tissot, Timberland, Swatch - Can only be shipped within the EU.

Shipping costs

Shipping to anywhere within the UK is free of charge. Shipping to international locations is between �5 and �7.50, depending on the shipping location. All shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout.

Tax, import duty and VAT

We charge VAT to all shipping locations within the EU. For other destinations, such as the US, VAT is automatically deducted in the final stages of the checkout.

If you are a resident of the Channel Islands, please contact us before or after placing your order to apply for a VAT refund.

Bulk supply

We do not supply anyone except consumers. We do not respond to enquries asking us to supply bulk amounts of goods for supply elsewhere as this is against our terms of contract as an official dealer.

We do, however, supply non-trade bulk orders e.g. for events and meetings - and for a quote on any bulk purchase please use the Contact us option.
