REFUNDS POLICY
| We offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of your watch purchases from this website.
To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.). When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange. Your money will be refunded in full within 14 days after receipt of the item. Earrings, belly bars or other items of pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults. You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number. Returns address: Watch Shop Returns As soon as we have received and inspected the item to ensure the item has not been used, we will credit your card with the full amount, minus any delivery charge (only if applicable e.g. international orders or 9 a.m. deliveries).
