I ordered this watch as displayed and the service up to delivery was first class. However, the watch delivered to me did not match the picture of the one ordered and I raised a query with Watch Shop both by e-mail (3 times) and telephone as to the authenticity of such an expensive watch. I received no help whatsoever from Watch Shop and eventually had to contact Rotary direct to clear matters up. Given the value of the order this was very poor business - beware!!
