I wanted a watch that would be reliable and most importantly - accurate. I hate having to keep adjusting the time because the movement has drifted. I didnt need the frills of a chronograph, or the blingy look that some watches need. This watch is a set once, and forget all about the marvellous technology that keeps it up to the second accurate. No more batteries to buy - its solar powered. No more re-setting the date at the end of the month -it has a perpetual calendar. Even leap - years are taken care of. And each evening, whilst I am asleep, it is d by a radio signal, which is synchronised from the atomic clock. It looks superb, has a stylish display and is a very special time-piece.

Bought this watch on a cruise ship and have just returned. Manually set the atomic clock just now and it has done it successfully. If you want a watch that is eco drive, has a perpetual calendar which can be set up for leap years, sets itself for world time (I set it on the cruise for three different zones in South America). It is not blingy but looks and feels professional. It does not have a chronograph or a divers rotating bezel but if you don't need them and would never use them why have them! Really impressed so far.

Excellent watch. Very good clear display & extremely accurate (radio sync'd) time, as well as being solar powered by the eco-drive system. Also the strap is very smooth & comfortable which was not true of several other watches that I tried.

At 4.3 cm across the face and a case depth just over 1cm, this watch feels substantial on the wrist without feeling oversized. It sits very well on my wrist. The Stainless steel bracelet has a quality feel to it with a button clasp which i find is better for comfortable extended wearing compared to the lift and click straps which are less comfortable. Unusually there is a half size link within the strap as well as normal links, this could be very useful to get an exact wrist fitting should some links required to be removed.
The black face has an uncluttered easy on the eye clean look with some triangular patterning to add some interest. The date field could be a little bigger but is certainly viewable. I really like the chunky luminous batton shape hour markings, these make it easy to see the time at a glance in dimmer conditions.
When i tap the face of the watch i know this is a quality item, sapphire crystal is very hard and will hopefully help avoid scratches and no doubt has some part to play in the 200 metre water resistance depth claimed for the watch, i have no wish to try and test this!
After looking long and hard i settled on this watch largely for its spec and brand reputation. Being solar powered, with a perpetual calendar, automatic summer time adjustment and atomic radio controlled time keeping, i am hoping this watch will run itself with no effort required by me for many years to come ! The 26 cities shown woudl appear to be cover every major time zone and it is very simple to set to any one by pulling out the crown and turning to the required country..just watch the hands whizz around automatically !
So far, no disappointments at all, very happy with this purchase.

I've had this watch for a few weeks now and I think that it was a great buy. Not only does it look good (it's better than the image of it) but with it being radio controlled, it's accuracy is excellent.
It's a no fuss watch. The time is synchronized daily, it has a perpetual calendar and it doesn't need the battery changed. It also has 26 time zone settings so it's excellent for travel.

I bought this watch for my sons 18th. We spent a long time looking at watches deciding, as he wanted something classic and stylist, but of a high quality and need little attention. He is really pleased with this watch. The quality is great and he is well impressed at how easy it ismto use the time-zone features and how it keeps perfect time and changes itself to cope with the change in time for daylight saving time. To top it all he wont have to worry if he forgets to take it off when swimming or showering.
