I bought this watch as a present for my husband. It is exactly what I anticipated it would be like from the picture and the description - a traditional looking man's watch, with a quality feel to it, but with the enormous advantage of the Citizen eco-drive mechanism. This means that you do not have the cost or inconvenience of having to replace batteries, which is obviously also an advantage from the environmental point of view, nor does the watch have to be serviced regularly, as I discovered was the case with some of the other types of watch which do not run on batteries.
It is very elegant, being a slimeline design, so light and comfortable to wear, unlike some of the very bulky men's watches on the market today. I like the brown leather strap combined with the gold-plated finish of the metal, and the cream face.
The face is clear to read, and it is useful to have a second hand.
My husband was delighted with the gift.

I have had the watch now about 6 months and it's really good, reasons? Because it's slim, it looks great at official functions, ie in formal suit and tie type occasions and also has a great casual look. It is very slim to the wrist and being solar powered no need for any battery changes or it stopping at the wrong time (no pun intended) And also as someone who is not well sighted, it has a very clear and easy to read face. Very happy with it!

Everything about this watch is perfect.I like it becase it is so slim and you hardly know your wearing it.It looks better in the flesh than it does in the pictures.The delivery was first class,ordered around 3 pm and it was delivered next morning.
