The watch is exactly as I expected it to be. The main body of the watch is chunky enough to be on trend, but not so big that it looks unbalanced as some do. It is perfect for my teenage son who wanted a classic yet fashionable watch for his 16th birthday. The Sapphire crystal gives it added protection against scratches and gives the watch a brilliantly clean look. The dial is simple and uncluttered with luminous markings for the hours and on the hands of course. One other important factor is that the bracelet is flexible where it meets the main body of the watch unlike some which are set in an arched shape which does not sit so well on a smaller wrist. Very pleased with it overall and hoping it will last long enough to be a keepsake too.

Having spent months searching for the perfect watch, i finally settled on this Citizen Eco-Drive piece. At £160, the price was very fair and seemed a great buy. I had been looking for a silver metal watch with the traditional, classic face (not too large and with not too much detail). With three hands and a date feature it was exactly what i had been looking for. The black face and glow in the dark minute markers and hands add nice detail and the use of light as compared to battery power to run the watch is a unique quality. Overall, a very impressive timepiece with more to it than just the looks.
