An excellent timepiece, I have not had the opportunity to test this out in anger for its design purpose, that of an additional dive monitor to back up my computer, but hope to soon. It is certainly an eye catching device, soliciting many comments from friends and colleagues.

VERIFIED WATCHSHOP BUYER (PURCHASED: SUN 11TH DEC 2011)
This is a review of the citizen promaster aqualand ECO-DRIVE diving watch, and i am absolutely pleased with the purchase, as i originally owned an aqualand before, and used it extensively on my dives, but i felt that as my old watch had given up the ghost after nearly ten years of use, i felt it only right to purchase the same brand, but with the 20th aniversary edition now being available it simply had to be this model.
It is feature packed, and yet reasonably easy to get used to, with the added benifit of it being solar powered, and never needing any battery changes throughout its life.It has multi time zone operation, as there is a database of countries built into the watch, so any diving holiday destinations should be covered with this.
It will power itself from fully charged for up to 6 months if left in total darkness with the special power cell built into it.There is good luminosity in the dark also allowing easy reading of the display, with backlight illumination of the dive data screen at the touch of a button. The case is very well made in quality stainless steel is there is also a good rugged rubber strap, where experience of the citizen quality shows it is designed to take the knocks of diving, and i can vouch for this from the previous model i owned.
all in all it does what it says on the tin, and i would recommend it to anyone.
