This watch is the best looking watch I have ever owned during my 54 years. Manly looking when on the wrist but not too big. I'm not a techno wizard but found setting it up enjoyable and easy, using the instruction booklet supplied (you may need a magnifying glass to read the print). The four function buttons are easy to access and use, even with my sausage fingers. I am a keen boat sea angler and benefit greatly from the tide and moon phase features. With the city of choice being London (basic set up) I find that the tide flow and ebb at my port - Harwich, Essex, to be remarkably accurate. Obviously there will be a difference in time between all ports when compared with a more accurate tidal prediction chart or online tidal website, but generally I am finding that the Casio's tidal graph feature to show times of flood and ebb quite well, even though I am predominantly in Harwich and not London. The graph even shows neaps and springs and works accurately with moon phase feature. As a sea angler, knowing when the moon is waxing or waning is important as this is your indication of up-coming spring tides, when the water is both deep at high water and shallow at low water - important information to have at hand when you are boating. Some species of fish are caught more when the moon is at a certain phase eg: Bass, and there is much information on this topic available on the internet. As with all Casio watches, the time is consistently accurate to the second. the solar power feature on this watch works well. I left mine on the window sill in full sun on the useful docking mount which came with the watch, for about six hours after having played with the buttons setting the features up straight from the box. I'm finding that a good charge lasts for several days.the meter on mine hasn't ped from 'High' once since I've owned it.there are three stages to battery power H - M - L (high, medium, low). The alarm feature works well and i have mine set to sound every hour, which it does with a subtle and not too loud beep beep. My wrist measures eight inches in circumference and I had to remove a link from my stainless bracelet strap to get a snug fit. I found a very useful video on how to do this on the internet and did it myself using my swiss army knife tools while sitting on the edge of my bed! I find this watch a delight to wear and it is very comfortable. It looks very good on the wrist (see photo). A nice watch for the money and I am pleased with the features it offers. I also prefer digital to anologue displays.

I purchased this watch as I needed an alaarm on holiday. I am quite able with technology and found it easy to operate. It was very useful, though I wore it when I needed the alarm. I now wear it when I walk round the coast to keep track of tide times.

Brought this as a present for my husband. Its great, does everything he wanted and suprisingly the strap on it was far to big for my husband and he had to get it altered.
Excellent service.

The strap was a little too big at first so had to get it adjusted- that's one of the disadvantages of metal straps. However, it is more durable than previous watches I've had and does its job wonderfully. The solar power function is excellent, I never seem to need to charge it up and it's always nice not to have to change batteries. The design is great and fits nicely on my wrist. Overall a good product.
