Features are good and appearance is very smart.

However disappointed that solar battery does not appear to be able to cope with English winter and does not retain charge for long.

Defaults to power save very quickly, and light no longer works.

Delivery from WatchShop was very fast as usual, excellent. This particular G-Shock is not too thick, which was important to me. The Titanium Bezel, screws and back give it a touch of class. I have a Casio ProTrek which features Compass, Barometer, thermometer and altimeter, so i wanted something different in a G-Shock. That was moon phase and tide times. The snooze feature on the alarm is nice as well which you can vary the delay. Excellent watch and highly recommended.

Excellent quality build with a host of usable features.
Comes complete with easy to follow instructions & it's own tin.
Even the strap is well designer & adds to the overall look of the watch.
If it proves to be as rugged & flexible as promised then it could be the start of a beautiful friendship.

The watch is elegant and has all the features I was looking for, like dial colour,compact dial size and its titanium nature, solar powered, alarm, stop watch, timer. I love its features altogether.

I bought this to use when swimming, mountain biking and body boarding. I have an older g-shock whose tough solar recharge is fading even after I replaced the battery (twice).

This watch is excellent for anyone engaged in wet and rough pursuits but is also a good-looking piece of kit. The clear LED face is great for swimming (I count lengths by timing on the stop-watch) and the watch is unaffected by mud out on the trail with the auto glow as a great feature for when it's dark (this switches on the back-light briefly when you tilt the watch). This model is lighter than my previous g-shock and not too bulky. The colour detail on and around the face is attractive and the strap very practical.

Watchshop deliver instantly which is great; I did return a different item previously as it was faulty (a much cheaper casio for a present) and received a refund without any trouble.

Altogether an excellent product and a great vendor.

Excellent watch with great functions, especially like the tide times. Looks good, is nice and rugged and can withstand an active lifestyle. My first G-Shock but am impressed and would certainly look at buying this brand again.

I have worn G-Shocks for many years and have used them all over the world in many different environments, from desert to arctic. They have all performed exceptionally well and I fully expect the Gulfman to follow suit. Like its predecessors, it is rugged and built well but balanced in that it still looks good and not OTT or gimicky.. It also has features which I wanted this time round, namely tough solar and wave-ceptor. It is quick and easy to get to know and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It will cope with whatever I throw at it over the next few years.

As soon as I saw this watch I knew it would have to be added to my G-Shock collection. Its a well balanced shape with subtle grey shades contrasting against the red accents. The display is sharp & crisp & because of the Atomic Sync feature, the time is always accurate. It's also light weight which makes it very comfortable on the wrist.

I've owned this watch for over a week now & its quickly become one of my favourites & a daily wearer.

Yet again fantastic service from watchshop..great looking watch,not too chunkey,but still looks tough.love the way its charged by light and the power save funtion is great..I work in the building trade so the real test to see how tough it is is yet to come...but im sure it will live up to the G shock name.

I've owned a Casio Wave Ceptor previously which never left my wrist and was extremely reliable but finally surcummed to heavy use/abuse. This G-Shock model is more rugged, the strap is aerated and more comfortable, it has even more functions and being solar powered, won't ever need a new battery. Great quality.

I did quite a bit of research on G-shocks before deciding on this model. As a keen kayaker & snorkeller I wanted a gulfman with a tide graph and since programming the watch with my local tides the graph and moon data have been spot on. The atomic time keeping synchronises every night and combined with buying the watch through Top Cashback (due to recieve £15-26) I'm pleased with my decision. Watch comes with a 2 year warranty too.

The watch looks just as good as it did on the website. Very happy with the quality look and feel of the watch. The strap is durable and the double clasp buckle gives a real robust look to the watch. Its probably the biggest watch i have worn, but even after 1-2 hours of wearing it, i have got to a point where i dont notice the watch on my wrist. Its very comfortable to wear for long periods, and the clear digital display is great. I bought mostly for mountain biking, but use as my everyday watch now due to its comfort. The watch has had a few mud filled moments as you do whilst coming down a mountain, but a quick swill under a tap and shes as good as new. Programming the watch is straight forward, all in all i am extremely impressed with this watch as its my first G Shock.

Very happy with this watch. The first thing that struck me was how light it is, and that its not as big on your wrist as you would imagine. The sleep mode on the watch is a great idea, and the display is very easy to read. Turning on and off the button tone is a good feature too. Compared to my last casio watch (bought many years ago), there are a lot more useful features added. Its exactly what i expected my Casio Watch to be, i was like a kid at christmas looking at it on the first day

I purchased this watch as a birthday present for my partner (he had already decided which one he wanted). As usual, he was too impatient to read the instructions properly (writing in manual is very small so difficult to read) so I had to set the watch up for him which I found relatively easy.



He particularly likes the fact that the watch is easy to read & the light illuminates the entire face. The auto light automatically turns on when the watch is tilted towards your face for reading.



The only fault that we can see is the fact that the date is shown in american format.



For the price, this is an excellent buy. It looks stylish, is very durable & of superb quality with many features - a proper bloke's watch.

Fast and efficient delivery. The stainless steel on this version is not shiny silver color but is more bronze coloured, which works well in the design. Great solid watch with radio control timing and solar powered battery. Would highly recommend.

The watch is very good and and very high spec. It looks very sport and does not look big on the hand. It has good tide and moon graph and also made of titanium. Plus with automatic time update. I would reccomend this watch to anyone.

I ordered this watch on friday and got it next day. Good service. This watch is really good and has all the functions you want. It fits great on the wrist and is light and it does not even look big. Its easy to set up. This is a excellent watch for any kind of sporp and also for if you are travelling. The price is excellent value too. I would reccomend this watch to anyone.

The inimitable Casio Gulfman GW-9110 is outstanding. The usual high spec, excellent design and rugged build quality make this a class watch. Solar technology with sweet titanium inserts around the dial. Unable to report any negative issues with the GW-9110. If you're a G-Shock fan you'll already appreciate the joy of these watches. If you're new to G-Shock, jump right in and get this one; you won't be disappointed.

Watch Shop Team: The tide and moon data is automatically set depending on home city selected, but can be adjusted if neccessary with the minimum of fuss. The instruction manual is well laid out on how to adjust these settings.
