A beautiful piece of engineering, technologically superb. Never needs a battery, never needs setting, never needs to be taken off! I fail to understand why anyone would pay way more for a watch that cant be any more accurate. Stunning piece of kit. BUY YOURSELF ONE!

Bought this as a present for my other half and he loves it. It looks more expensive than it is - always a bonus. It isnt too chunky either so fits under the cuff of a shirt easily, unlike some other similar models.

Cracking watch, everything I expected. Wave Ceptor, solar powered, attractive to look at. Just one minor complaint (and this applies to some other Casio models) - coarse adjustment on the bracelet I have to have it adjusted so its a bit slack, as if I removed another link, it would be too tight, and there is only one hole adjustment on the clasp. Not ideal for a £180 watch.

The watch itself looks lovely - far more expensive than the actual costs and I had a number of comments when Ive been wearing the watch saying just that.

The dials are all easy to read in my opinion and the luminance makes it easy to read even in the dark (although this does fade without some light exposure).

I had no problems at all setting the watch up - in fact as I got it out of the pack it had already set correctly.

The tough solar feature seems to work well although after a few hours without much light exposure it will go into its partial hibernation mode (e.g. the second hand stops moving) but will quickly fully awaken when exposed to some light.

One point I would raise is to do with the bracelet sizing - the links are quite big. I took advantage of watchshops excellent free adjustment service but when the watch arrived I felt it was a little loose still for my taste. I had another link removed and now its a little tighter than is ideal. Sadly the size of the links means that there isnt much fine adjustment.

Overall Id definitely recommend this watch - it looks good worn casually but is nice enough to look good when dressed up too.

Great looking watch read lots of reviews on lots of other watches and I am very happy with the choice I made all aspects of the watch are what I was looking for style,quality etc and the idea of not having to wind up, change a battery is great the only problem for me was the initial set up was a issue after hours of reading tiny booklet on how to set up I gave up calmed down and gave Casio a call they took me through step by step and after about 10mins watch was sorted have to leave overnight on window sill to pick up satellite for atomic setting and should be done must say Casio were great and cant speak more highly of bracelet on watch needed 2 links taken out that was done in couple mins by local watchmaker, delivery second to none highly recommend watch shop many thanks if you are thinking of a similar watch I would say buy this watch from this shop 1st class .

I was looking for a smart looking, analogue style, no-fuss watch and this seems to be it. On normal watches it annoys me when at the end of the month you need to remember to set the correct date on the watch. Or at the start of the next month, at the one time you want a correct date it would normally be incorrect. A digital watch would solve these problems but they dont look smart or professional. This watch however, does solve these problems. It features the ability to synchronise with the atomic clock radio frequency broadcast which keeps it accurate, even when daylight savings take effect. The calendar is automatic and knows when there is 30, 31, 28 or 29 days in a month. It also gives you a day of the week readout.

Another thing that bothers me about watches is changing batteries. This watch is solar powered. Which at first may not seem such a good idea as your watch may not always be exposed to light, but it seems to work well. It is quite smart Ive noticed at night, when in bed the second hand stops ticking to save power, Im guessing when there isnt much light it conserves energy. Dont worry though, it have a recharable battery inside which can last for months without any energy from light. You can get an idea of how much power the watch has left by observing the second hand. If it skips seconds then it isnt at full power, the more seconds it skips the less power it has.

It looks good, the bracket is a nice mixture of polished and brushed stainless steel so is not too flash. It has a nice weight. After a short while even the messy face with all its dials and marks becomes easy to read.

It has some other features such as stopwatch and alarm while also being 100m water resistant. The alarm isnt going to wake me up and it only sounds for 15 seconds. When using the stopwatch you have to wait for the hands to move to their starting position before you can use it, which takes a few seconds (depending on the distance to has to rotate), so it might not be great if youre in a rush.

The only drawbacks to this watch is its complexity to perform certain functions. It has 4 buttons and 1 screw which probably could be lessened. Its annoying that the screw cant be used to set the time like on normal watches, instead you have to press buttons repeatedly. Also if you were to go on holiday and wanted to swap the time to local time. I honestly dont know how to do it and it cant be figured out just by looking at the watch since sometimes you might need to press and hold the button to access certain functions rather than a short press. In this case I would need to refer to the manual which is another problem. The manual is tiny but massively thick (for all the languages). The instructions could be made much more concise.

Overall, this is a much less expensive watch compared to the prestigious names. It is feature packed and would rarely need attention. It is Japanese and therefore reliable. Looks smart and feels nice. Probably more complicated than it needed to be but overall recommended.

I bought myself this watch for my birthday. Shipping came exactly on this day. Very nice.
Very good packaging. When it opened, all the hands on the clock was at zero position. But after a few seconds, began to rotate and set everything on their own time. Felt throughout the sport. The quality of materials is very high. Very nice and heavy in the hand.

Later I tried to set up the time for my time zone, which was quite difficult because I did not understand exactly how much time it takes to keep pressing the buttons, but I quickly managed to do it just by pressing the buttons longer. Then, when I firstly put in on my hand it was quite heavy for me, who have never wore the watch before, but for now, when I wore the watch for a week already, it feels strange when I take it off.
Furthermore, after a week I can say more pluses and minuses.
First of all, it revises the time perfectly when I leave it on the window at night, even when I live 1100 kilometers from radio towers and always show exact time.
Secondly, when I wear it every day it feels cold sometimes and chills all hand.
So to conclude it is very attractive, scratch and water resistant watch. Especially when you learn all its features and get used to wear it every day

Hi.
I was seeking for watch of my life long time. And thats it!!! IMHO Casio Edifice EQW-M710DB is the best choise for me. All options are in excellent order, all functions are working! In a second, when I open metal case, watch hands standing on UTC. After reading manual, I change time zone to ATH (Latvia is the same time zone - UTC+2), and all stands in their places. Radio reception is excellent in Latvia. In this moment I am very very glad for this purchase. I love this watch :)

Product ok, must read very careful the manual for settings.
Tip: do a HOME POSITION ADJUSTMENT FIRST!!!

I like the aspect of the watch.All the functions are ok!
I live in Bucharest, tried to synchronize the watch and didn't succeed. I'll try in open space.
For the rest the watch is perfect.
I wasn't to the pool until now but I'll go soon.
Charging ...no problem. I'm wearing it every day and didn't have problem.

Likes: Easy to set up on first use but you do need to read the instruction manual! Feels like a quality product and, once set up, is incredibly accurate. Not had any problems with keeping charged despite it being winter and little sunshine!
Dislikes: the internal movable bezel is quite "loose" and is easily moved by accident especially if like me you wear the watch on your right wrist as it keeps catching shirt cuffs and the like. Also on first look the dial seems very "busy" and it can sometimes be difficult to read but having had it for a week now i getting used to it.
Overall an extremely good watch and excellent value for money - and it has a 2 year guarantee.

SIMPLY FANTASTIC.Without exagerating I looked at thousands of watches before deciding on this beauty! I love the fact that it is sporty, yet elegant and offers practicality too.It has a stylish brushed and polished bracelet that is comfortable and easy to use.The watch features solar power,100 metre water resistance,radio controlled world time by 6 transmitters, stop watch, day, date, internaly moving timing bezel, glow in the dark hands and hour positions for easy night time reading and an all important audiable ALARM! My husband loves the watch he is over 50 but found the instructions easy to follow.

Set up the watch very quickly.

The watch looks, and feels,top quality The "elapsed time" indicator - where you would normally adjust the hands etc - is very much easier to adjust than it needs to be. Therefore it's much too easy to disturb its setting.
I had a lot of problems initially as the time was wrong (one hour out) and the date was also wrong (being one day ahead of the current date). Nobody at the WatchShop could help (I tried both the telephone service and the retail shop). Eventually I tried Casio tech service department. One of the supervisors, Steven was absolutely amazing. Within 5 minutes or so it was all sorted out.

As most people know it is a radio controlled atomic timekeeper so for virtually all countries in the world it keeps phenomenally good time - there is nothing to do other than fiddle with the alarm, check on other time zones, and generally enjoy!

It is also significantly waterproof - 100 metres - but not for scuba diving!

Great Watch, with nice quality feel to it. I love the atomic time keeping auto feature. So the watch is always precise. I used the wrist band adjustment service so i could put it right on when i recieved it. No further adjustment was nessecary. All in all I am greatly satisfyed with watchshop and the service they provide. i would definetly recommend them to my friends.

Nice looking watch feels comfortable and not too heavy. Looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. Relatively easy to set up and use. Good quality watch, the benefit is that it does not require new batteries or to be worn every day. A very ecofriendly watch that appeals to the younger population but at the same is recognized as a quality gift. Some of the competitors watches are larger in face and also in depth, this is smaller and slimmer and can be worn under a long sleeve shirt without much problem and therefore can also be used as dress watch. Classic colours of red and black indicate that it has a heritage of a sports watch that would not look out of place at F1 Grand Prix.

Very good watch for the price it is not quite as good as my other watch which is a Citizen red arrow but it only cost me half the price of the Citizen.I would advise anyone buying one of these Casio Edifice Watches to use your strap adjustment service because it is near impossible to get the original pins back in I had to put my own split pins back into the bracelet.But I really like the watch.

I've been searching for a good looking watch that has all the features that this one has and you just can't go wrong with buying it!! Its a stunning looking watch and does exactly what it says on the tin, plus it looks so much more expensive than its actual cost. People say that its a heavy watch but i didn't find that at all.It is a little tricky to set up in the first place but one completed its just brilliant. A great, fully featured watch at an exceptional price - especially after Watch Shop price-matched it (plus a little bit extra). The watch feels nice and sturdy and set-up was exceptionally easy (don't be scared by the manual, it is actually for many languages!). Also, it feels like a much more expensive watch.

Very very good watch, was bought for my 30th birthday by my girlfriend. The watch looks extremley good on your wrist had quite a few people ask me about it on NYE. Has a good weight to it and looks to cost much more than the price you pay, £180 was a real bargain for such a good watch.

This watch is superb!
This stunning watch has a very sporty look and also has neobrite hands and markers to make the dial visible in the dark. There is no need to adjust the time as the watch is radio controlled and also features world time so if you are on holiday the watch will be able to correct the time automatcally. The watch is solar powered so any form of light will recharge the battery. The watch is easy to use and includes features such as stopwatch and daily alarm. Instructions to alter the time and date are straight forward. The display has a number of small dials which are easy to understand when determining the time. However this may be trickier when determiining the time when using the stopwatch. Overall a beautifull watch by Casio. The one thing I enjoy about the Wave Ceptor watches are that you don't need to keep adjusting your watch when the clocks go back or forward. Let the Wave Ceptor range take care of that for you!

Having closely followed other models in the Ediface range I decided to settle on the Casio Edifice Wave Ceptor Alarm Chronograph Watch EQW-M710DB-1A1ER. After unpacking the watch I first had a little trouble setting the home time zone as at certain times the hands cover the area of the watch showing which mode I was in, but after a little experimenting I finaly managed to get it set up.
Apart from this minor problem I have found this watch evrything I had hoped for, I have read that some people find it a little on the heavy side but I find this as a reasuring sign of its sturdyness and its quality and I would recomend this watch to any lover of this style.

This is the second Casio 'wave ceptor' I have owned. Although it may take a bit of time to set up, once done you just let it keep telling the time wherever you are in the world. Clever, and look a lot more expensive than they are. Great fun and great value.

I am very pleased with the purchase.

First of all the buying experience on Watch Shop has been fantastic. It does provide all the information you need to know about the watch, like for eg: dimensions of the watch. My wrist size is relatively small compared to most others and I was worried if the watch is going to be too big for me, which it does just by looking at the picture. However when I actually looked at the measurements and cut out a paper with that dimensions it does fit perfectly.

I ordered on Friday and requested for some links to be taken away to fit my wrist size. The watch was delivered on Saturday morning and the size was perfect. I could not have asked for more.

Now the watch itself.... It does really look expensive. I am liking it more every day. Setting time was easy and took no more than 10 min. However I have still not explored all the options and I am planning to have a look at them this weekend.

Greatest advantage of this watch is that it is radio controlled and hence no need to reset time when clocks change. I do travel to India quite often and I noted, after purchasing, that there is no radio control signal located in India and the nearest is in China and hence radio control function may be useless in India. That should not put off people from buying this watch!!!!

Other biggest advantage is that it is solar powered and the solar light charges the internal battery. This means that you will never have to change your battery. Great!!!!

All in all A fantastic watch from a fantastic shop.

The Edifie EQW-M710DB-1A1ER is an excellent watch. Comfortable. All the dimensions are OK except the wrist strap (I have a thin wrist). Only one negative thing. I live in Romania and the watch refuse to receive the radio signal.

I bought this watch because I travel overseas regularly and therefore need to switch to different time zones. The atomic nature of this watch negates the need to make any adjustments. It is solar powered, so you'll never have to worry about changing batteries. Simply leave it by a window last thing at night and when you pick it up the next day, it will be fully charged and exactly the right time. The watch looks excellent, from it's high quality precision face to it's superb, chrome and brushed steel casing and elegant yet robust bracelet. All the functions are fun and easy to use. It's not exactly a dress watch but I haven't seen a better looking all-round watch anywhere for this kind of money, which, compared to other watches of this calibre, is very cheap. It feels very comfortable on my wrist and has a safety feature on the clasp of the bracelet that ensures it'll never come loose accidentally. It's not too heavy but feels reassuringly solid. This is an excellent watch.

My old Chronograoph was getting a bit tired, thank the lord i came across the Casio Edifice Wave Ceptor alarm Chronograph, its exactly what i wanted , the right size, and weight.
It makes a bold statement without being to bling like.

This watch really is what the producer promises - sporty, heavy, good quality and well featured.
The beautiful maskulin design, is fullfilled with the red details, in accordance to the black, white and steel watch. The watch is very useful with date, day, stopwatch, worldtimes, alarm etc. And with the solar power and the radio controlled timer, you never have to worry about the battery, nor the precision of the time.
All in all a watch that gives you real value for money, and made me very happy for my purchase!

I didnt even think that this watch would be spectacular like this. I love it. Its heavy,its stylish and its sexy too. Brillant watch. Set's itself! Great world time facility. Other useul futures include daily alarm and chronograph. Final and best feature is the fact that it never will require a new battery as it has a rechargeable solar powered cell. All in all a lot of watch for the price.

A good looking watch but complicated to work. It took me 3 days to get the time set correctly but now I've got it right it's great. I don't know what will happen when I travel, I will probably have to take the instruction book with me!! The watch is fantastic! It is a very beautiful clock! I was amazed when I opened the box because the clock hands soon began to move and set the time of my country, and I still had not touched it! I have not had time to read the entire manual to see all the watch functions. But honestly, I think it will take some time because the clock is very complex. But it is so magnificent that I think reading the manual will not take as long as I think, because I was impatientto discover all its features. I love your bracelet and have an ideal weight for me. The watch came very well prepared and all of it covered with a protective film for not scratching. Watch Shop, thanks for helping me get this beautiful watch! I will recommend it to my friends!

Excellent watch! Something that you can spend time with (if you are a watch lover). The chain is excellent and gives a rich look to the watch. Recommended to read the manual especially the caliberation sec. The watch was already set up when i recieved the item. Still i spend 4-5 hours playing with each function on the day i recieved the watch. World time, waveceptor etc. works well and i am happy to recommend this watch to a friend.

the only thing I don't like is the alarm...it goes only for 10 sec and it is soooo low, even if you are awake probably wont hear it.

The watch is excellent now that it is working properly.

The watch arrived and would not pick up a signal to set the time. The Watch Shop suggested I contact Casio, who i have to say were brilliant. The watch needed a form of factory reset and now works superbly and keeps the kind of time you expect from a Wave Ceptor.

This is the first Wave Ceptor I have had without any form of digital display and Iam very pleased with the result. Money well spent IMHO. Would not hesitate to recemmend both this watch and Casio's customer service.

I have always wanted a nice chunky, gadget looking, mans watch and this one fits the bill perfectly.
I have to say there where other watches in the Edifice range that caught my eye, and my wife prefered one of the others but this one had really got me hooked! The watch itself is beautifully crafted and a lovely weight, what attracted me to it most was the red dials on the dark grey background and the red stripe around the start/stop button. One other thing about this watch is the fact that it can be worn casual with a T shirt or look just as good in my suit.
I read reviews about this watch before I bought it and although all of them were positive and gave full stars to this item some of the customers had complained about setting the watch up. I found there were no problems, the watch appeared to be set up out of the box.
All in all I have to say that I am very happy about my purchase and for the price I paid for it appears that I have a more expensive watch than it is.
I just can not wait to wear it out and show it off to my friends!

Got my new Casio ediface wave captor. snd I must say it looks even better on my wrist. The strap is stunning and wouldn't look out of.place.on a premium Swiss watch. I must say it took some time.to work out the functions but.its brilliant. I sometimes find myself just staring at it on my wrist. It has a good weight to it (something I look for in a watch) and looks and feels like.more than I paid. Really really happy with it.

I've searched all over the internet for the right watch with similar design and size. Casio EQW-M710DB was the one that you can wear for any occasion. I live in Los Angeles and it sucked that I had ship it all the way from UK but I'm very pleased that I did. This watch is sporty yet elegant and it feels great on my wrist. Not too heavy and not too light. It's definitely good buy for its price. It's solar powered so I don't need to bother with changing battery. Only bad experience that I had with this watch were that I don't get to use the automatic time calibration from atomic radio signal because I'm too far away and that the was a bit complicated at first. You definitely need to read the manual before using this watch. However, once it's set, there's no need for further maintenance. Definitely a good buy!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a Casio EQW-M710DB. I really like the feel, look, and the functionality of this watch. This watch is very good value for the price. This same watch is 33% more expensive on the Japanese market. A Citizen Watch with the same functionality is almost double the price. I live in Houston Texas and I purchased this watch from watchshop.com because it is not available on the US market. I received my watch in about a week and a halves time and the shipping costs was very modest. I read the other positive reviews on this site prior to purchase and found them to be accurate.

I was looking for a watch for my 40th birthday and after reading through many websites found the Casio Edifice EQW-M710DB-1A1ER.



I had been looking at more expensive watches, e.g. Tag, and this watch is just as attractive, if not more attractive than the more expensive options.



It is a chunky, great looking watch with many features. The watch has a solar power charged battery and goes into power saving mode at night. It also sets itself through radio waves so is never inaccurate.



All in all a fantastic watch which looks far more expensive than it is .

Great watch, initially a little daunting when you see the instruction book but it is very easy to set up and use. It is however quite a heavy watch but you soon get used to it.



The watch looks like it is worth at leat 4 or 5 times as much as it is and to be honest it probably is.



I love the solar power and the radio wave accuracy of this watch.



If you want a good quality accurate watch then I can recommend this one.

Having worked in the professional broadcasting business for over thirty years, accurate time has come to mean everything to me - but it's always been a niggle that I haven't been able to have the same pin-point accuracy on my wrist that I take for granted when I look at a studio clock. However, I've just bought this brilliant watch and my niggles will now be a thing of the past! It receives a radio signal every day which makes sure that it's always accurate to the second. I don't even have to think about adjusting the time when the clocks change in spring and autumn - and it even receives time-synchronizing signals from transmitters in different parts of the world - so I also won't have to think about adjusting the time when I go abroad! If that isn't enough, it's also solar-powered, water-proof and has more than enough extra features to satisfy my love of technology. Apart from what it does, it also looks really cool, and (in my opinion at least) is a bargain at the price. Highly recommended!

I purchased the casio eqw - w710 as an early Christmas present for myself. I was impressed by the looks the cost and the features. The casio instructions are sometimes a little vague but worth persevering, once set you can leave it to adjust itself. All you need to do is put it on to impress your mates, whatever the situation from sports use to formal occasions this watch doesn't look out of place. The watch has all the functions and style you would expect from a watch costing many times more. I can't fault the quality and build and at £80 cheaper than the high street stores I would recommend to anybody looking for a solid, set and forget watch with handsome good looks. 10 out of 10.

I was originaly looking at the Seiko models with similar design but were very expensive. I finaly decided on this model after watching reviews on You Tube. I love the high tec features such as wave ceptor. The watch looks and feels very expensive. Apart from its perfect time keeping it features world time to many cities around the world, the date and day of the week alarm and stop watch. I am very pleased to have made this purchase as this watch compares very well with other makes two or three times its cost.

First impressions are that this is a solid and very well made reliable watch, that hopefully should give many years of good use. The initial watch calibration was a bit tricky, but a little attention to the manual that comes with the watch should get you up and running fairly quickly. I self adjusted the generously sized bracelet(my choice...again not rocket science) and am more than happy with both the look and the fit of the watch. This is an extremely handsome looking watch. Can be worn whatever the occassion and will put many more expensive makes to shame.

Bought this as an early Christmas present for myself!



Love the complex look of the dials, the motorsport type feel, the different functions - chronograph, radio controlled, world time zones, alarm, 12/24 hour.



Straight from the box the watch set itself to the correct time for the time zone it was set for.



The size of the user manual is scary at first, until you see that its written in several different languages.



Getting to know the features of the watch and setting the home city, world city of choice takes some practice, but once set, it seems to work fine.



I also set the watch to synchronise with the UK radio transmitter overnight. It worked perfectly, and my watch is now in synch with the BT speaking clock..very easy.



The whole feel of the watch is of a well built piece of complex machinery...not too dissimilar to a formula 1 car.

I decided to treat myself to a new watch and was very impressed with the appearance of the Edifice range from Casio. This watch is a very classy looking chronograph with a predominantly black face. It's very easy to set up, but only after reading the manual (yes, I know us blokes think we can work anything without the instructions). Casio seem keen to play down their name on the display, preferring to use the Edifice nomenclature. The hands and numeral markers glow in the dark, which is useful as there is no light function. The strap is largely brushed stainless steel with two polished bands running through it, which could be prone to scratching. I won't be wearing this doing my DIY. The only other possible concern is the upright pin on the strap that the you secure the clasp with. It looks a little flimsy, but once the watch is on, is not visible. It's also reassuring to know the watch is solar powered and that the time will always be accurate due to the radio controlled time signal.Overall I love the quality look and feel of the watch, which puts many other 'designer' brands to shame.

When I got it initially worked perfectly then after a few week the second hand was all off a sudden always wrong so I had to manually reset it. Then the second hand stopped so I decided to give it a light boost according to the user's guide well the solar panel melted!!! So it broke completely. Hence, good watch but becareful how you load the solar panel. Since if it breaks casio will not give you a new one.

Excellent watch, nice looking and loaded with fuctions. The sporty look with red accents and 3D dial, coupled with 1/100 stopwatch, alarm, 29 city timezones are great, but being solor powered and with the atomic clock time update, make this the best watch i've owned. The only downfall is i wanted a black rubber strap as the yellow version has, but had to buy it seperately.

I was looking for the watches on several web sites.Finally I decided to buy the watch from www.watchshop.com. The watch is very good looking, one of the nicest I have seen. Excellent service from Watch Shop. Looked on the internet at a number of watch sites and choose the Watch Shop because of price and feedback given by previous customers.

Initial order did not go through (my error). Rang the customer helpline to see if they had finally got my order. Gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, confirming order and that it would be with me the following day.

Love the watch, feels great, time is spot in (checked it my times with the talking man at BT).

I have just recieved my casio EQW-M710DB-1A1ER I have to say the watch is even better looking on my wrist than it looks on this web site.Its quite easy to set up so dont be put off by some comments that it requires a degree to do it, just take your time and read the manuals before attempting.Check the accuracy of the watch with the speaking clock....its just mind blowing i mean accurate to the second EVERY TIME..The quality of this watch is excellent and the commments i am recieving of work collegues backs this up...To anyone wanting to purchase a casio edifice watch I would pick this one(in my view its the best looking of all the models) and also I would buy from the watch shop..the web site is fantastic allowing 3D views and close up views,and from the point of order the customer service is great(updates of the watch being picked,sized and despatched)..overall one very very happy customer..THANKYOU THE WATCH SHOP.

My criteria for a new watch was an upgrade to my existing Casio Tough Solar / Waveceptor watch so I needed



1. solar power (so my watch don't get bust by the local jewellers trying to change my battery)

2. radio control accuracy

(Once you have experienced the deadly accuracy of a radio controlled watch, you'll want no less!)



surprisingly there aren't many manufacturers in the World. So the choice was down to Casio and Citizen.



I looked at the Citizens but they seemed to be far more expensive and Edifice seemed to be at least equal in terms of build and quality.



Besides I didn't like the look of the Citizens since they looked a bit older in design than the more contemporary Edifice designs. (in my eyes)



I settled for the M710DB because it had date (yes I occasionally forget the day in my hectic week) and a ring timer. But also because I felt it was aesthetically the best.



The watch oddly doesn't feel big on your wrist, and everything works as expected for me. TIP: out of the box the watch is set to Japan time so won't be able to sync, just follow the instructions. At first things a little complicated because it doesn't have a digital display to aid you, but once mastered, this is not an issue.



A very, very solid watch, it feels substantial and much more expensive than it actually is :-)



Incredible value for money for what it does compared to other watch manufacturers.



If I had to nit pick, it would be

1. second hand isn't luminescent on the tip, it glows on the end?

2. glass isn't anti reflective like on the Citizens

3. The back of the watch is brushed stainless steel, I personally prefer a polished mirror finish stainless back, which imparts an even higher quality feel



I use the time, day, date, and world time.



I don't use the other functions since I have an iPhone for the stopwatch and alarm. But I should point out to people who do intend to use the stopwatch (chrono) that it only goes up to 23mins and 59 secs and the alarm only sounds for 10 seconds at a relatively low volum level so this is not an alarm to wake you up, but a reminder alarm, e.g. pick the kids up from school or your TV programme is about to start.

Well I have to agree with the other comments made. The watch is very easily setup, and the instructions well layed out. the watch itself is not too bulky and sits just right on the wrist. The watch face is fairly easy to read once you know where everything is. The yes no markers are very small to see at first, but once you know where to look its not a problem. Overall this watch is one of my better purchases.

Good looking watch with a nice weight to it. Even though it is quite large it doesn't fell bulky at all. Doesn't have all the features of some of the watches in the same line but I think this model looks the best. The radio control works like a charm, updated every night even up north in the middle of Sweden. No problem using at night, the dial is visible for a long time without illumination.

Takes a while to get used to the different ways information is displayed using the hands.

I was a little nervous about ordering the watch online having not seen it in real life to judge its size. On receiving this watch I am really happy with it.



It's got an inventive configuration of chronograph dials which is different to most other watches which makes it unique. You could probably spend a lot of time looking at all the detailed information the watch gives but it's equally easy to read the time. It's larger than some other watches but it's the right size for my wrist/arm. It's actually surprisingly slim (in terms of thickness) for a watch with so many features such as being solar powered and set by radio frequency. It also looks and feels well made, having a good weight to it.



I really like the cool features it has such as the solar powered function. The fact that it wakes up in the morning when I put it on and the second hand goes to the exact time. Almost like a "Good morning, sir". It also apparently re-adjusts itself to the right time via radio control 6 times a day so it's always correct, which is pretty cool. I like the fact that I don't have to reset the date on alternating months. It knows the date and the day!



The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't have a back-light but that's not a real problem as the hands and the hour markers are luminous and can be seen in the dark.



I would describe the style as sporty-casual. I like the use of white/black and red on the watch. You can wear it for any occasion. At work, to look professional and also at parties etc.



Overall, a highly recommendable watch with cool features incorporated inside quite a mature looking watch which can be used in all occasions.

This watch was a verry good buy not only dose it look realy good it has some sort of sola power and it sets its self all i had to do is follow the instructsions and let the raido control take over and that was it. takes a bit of getting used to because of the difernt setings but all in all a fantastic watch verry good buy .

I looked at the edifice range and could not decide which model to buy. Then I came across this. It is everything that I wanted; great looking, full of functionality and most of all, extremely comfortable. Some watches you can feel and you are forever fiddling with it on your wrist, trying to get it in the right position. You hardly know that you are wearing this Casio.

My tip would be to make sure that you keep that button depressed for at least 5 seconds when setting home city, otherwise you will enter the manual time setting mode.

I opted for the strap reduction and wondered whether I should measure my wrist exact, or leave it slack. I went for the exact option and the adjustment was spot on.

Watch does exactly what is says on the tin.

Quick set up instructions very useful, the instruction book seemed very overbearing, but should you need any further guidance on setting up / using the watch, i guess thats what its there for. nice clear face and very easy to interpret the information that you actually want.

downside, getting the correct strap adjustment, very little fine adjustment via the clasp, could do with more available positions in this area.

Super looking watch. The dials are easy to read and the initial set up is simple. May take a little time to get used to all its features. In normal timekeeping mode the left hand dial shows the day of the week the right hand dial the current time in your selected world time city & the bottom dial is the 24-hour hand, to the right of which is the date. In stopwatch mode the left and right dials are 1/100 and minutes & seconds. An alarm mode is also included. The watch is a little on the heavy side, not a bad thing, it shows how well made it is.
