This watch replaces an identical one Ive had for the last 4 years. It has kept very accurate time, despite being very inexpensive, and is light and easy on the eye. Being worn continuously in all conditions its only failing has been the slow erosion of chrome on the edges of the watch body, hence its replacement.

A classic!
Very light and comfortable, easy to set up, looks great on the wrist, bracelet fits perfectly, easy to adjust. Great contrast on the dial, just beautiful! I see no downside for this watch, amazing value for the price, will probably get another one!

I've been buying Casio digital watches for years now. I like them cheap because I tend to abuse them. But these work well and still last years. I like the alarm and stopwatch features, but would also like the countdown timer feature which my first one had. The steel strap is pretty robust and lasts well and the battery lasts for years. Altogether an excellent value watch and I'll be buying another one in ten years or so.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this watch. Aside from it's obvious retro charm, it's slim, clean and feels almost weightless on my wrist. The strap was incredibly easy to adjust to size, it was straightforward and painless setting the time/date and alarm functions. The included instructions are clear and concise. There are no bells and whistles with this watch, it does exactly what it says on the tin! Overall, this watch is incredibly good value for money, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Despite this being billed as a mens watch, as a woman I find it to be the perfect size and style for both. I think any gender and any age would be very satisfied with the look, feel and function.

Excellent quality value watch from casio. The stainless steel strap is nice and slimline and the links are very tight, which become ridged when closed around the rist.
The watch functions are the same as the original classic box standard 1980s models.
The case of the watch how ever is now made of resin, with a nice quality thick chromed finish. The resin case won't be as tougth as it's stainless steel 1980s classic, but then the resin case makes the watch feel a lot lighter round the rist.

Quality of the materials used not quite as good as my original 30 year old casio, but the again, i can't really complain at the price that it was! Strap easy to adjust,( no need for instructions as it's obvious). Overall i'd say it was a pretty good buy.

Got a perfectly packaged Watch, and was pleasantly surprised by their unusual design. In real life they are much prettier than the photo. High-contrast display, simple operation. There are all the basic functions, a lithium battery for 7 years.

Added as an afterthought when ordering a Casio Wave Ceptor, this 'cheap and cheerful' watch turns out to be great - cheap, easy to read and to adjust, and perfect as an economical watch for someone like me who tends to treat them rather badly and destroy watches rather quickly! I was amazed that it arrived 8.30 Saturday morning having only ordered online at 3.00 the previous afternoon.

My latch watch was a black rubber 'Casio Illuminator'. This one is a whole step up.



It has the usual Casio features: time in 12/24 hrs, day, date, alarm, hour beep, stopwatch, light.



The best part is its strap. The rubber strap on my last watch was never quite the right size, stuck to my skin, not very secure and evetually broke.



This strap is metal, doesn't pinch and you can very easily slide the clasp along it to fit your wrist size!



Why buy any other when this has everything you need from a watch, a metal strap, a light that doesn't blind you in dark places, and all for under £20! Deal.

Valentines day present for the boyfriend! He loved it!! Reminds him of his youth! This is def the best of all retro casio watches!

It has the traditional light up display! He was amazed by this and hasn't stopped playing with it since! An absolute brilliant buy!!

Definitely a Casio classic. Great for those of us who prefer the slim and uncluttered appearance and simple operation, rather than the over-large and complexity of many "modern" wathes. It replaces my similar appearance 1984 Casio SA-55, which is only just beginning to die after more than 25 years service. Here's hoping the 2011 model will be as long-lasting and reliable as its forerunner (which was even slimmer).

Very good, fits perfectly, in superb condition. Exactly what i wanted, extremely pleased with the product. It is silver with a black face with the digital clock on it, also has a light whcih has come in handy. It is easy to set up and set and change the time, date, day and alarms on it, ideal for me, plus it looks good too!

Great watch! I bought this because the picture reminded me of the first watch I bought in the eighties. This watch is slightly smaller than what expected, but not too small. It delivers on the nostalgia factor and is also retro-cool. The quality of the product is great - it looks and feels like a much more expensive watch. It is light and comfortable to wear. The size of the bracelet can be adjusted by yourself as you don't need to remove any links. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great Watch, very stylish. He Liked the strap and the catch, works great.nice weight on thr wrist.



Would be great if alarm clock sound bit loud, it's very slow and lasts only for 30 secs.



But overall,all in all, a great purchase.

A good tried and tested digital watch with a strong strap. Works well as a stopwatch as well. Display gives day, date as well as time.



This is mr third watch - the first was destroyed. The second failed recently - the mode switch gave up after 10 years.

I ordered this watch togheter with a g-shock model!i choose this model because i owned one when i was teenager few year ago!is Retro look and stile never fail to impress!as usual Casio is a trusted brand(i already own quite few models)so if you are looking for a simple but functional watch wich will last....i would say this is cheap and cherfull so is a good buy!

The product is great. I'm very happy with it. The one thing I can say I wasn't too happy about was the delivery. I made sure I was home the whole day when the product was due to be delivered. When I checked my post in the evening I found a red card telling me I wasn't home to sign and had to fetch my watch from the post office in my area. It also had everything filled in but the time at which it was meant to be delivered, that I supposedly wasn't in to collect. I can only think the watch went straight to the office and not to my house. Other than that I was extremely happy with the service.

A basic watch from Casio with a stylish finish. This watch has the basic features of time / alarm / stop watch, but with the added style of a metal band. Its not too fancy, but its not meant to be.

Gave the casio watch to my husband today for his birthday. He was delighted with it - has had digital watches for ever and was very disappointed when his latest one gave up on him and the watch repairer said it was dead. Our local jeweller told me you couldn't get digital watches with metal straps!! Very good value and excellant service, ordered 10.30am Saturday - delivered 10.30am Monday.

A pity that Casio don't bother to explain how to adjust the length of the bracelet I had to search You Tube to see how it is done apart and also the bracelet could be a little more comfortable if the edges were rounded apart from that this is a good simple watch.

this watch is very basic. not the quality I expect from Casio but then very low cost. The watch functions as required but the back light is all but useless as it bright on one side and does not show the entire face. I ordered this as a basic watch with a metal strap as I do not like buckle type straps. I got what I paid for.

the product is wondeful, a classic on its own. The price is vey low and it has all I want from a watch....

the strap is adjustable, maybe the latching, while safe, is sometimes not the easiest to open/close.

it looks like a classic already, and if you like it in the picture it will satisfy in the...metal

Replacement for same watch that has seen better days. Probably about 7 yrs old with the same battery and used in a workshop so has lots of abuse.

Can't fault it as a value for money watch.

Come to think of it I can't fault it at all.

Have other higher value watches but this one "does what it says on the tin".

Simple to set, strap adjusts easily, looks fine.

Can't really get along with anologue watches anymore, so this fits the bill.

I like the slim case, the display, the alarm and the hourly chime.



The case is plastic, but at the price, you can't expect more.



The bracelet fastening is a bit of a fumble compared with the old Seiko style one piece bracelet.



If you prefer digital, but don't want to spend much, it's good value.



Delivery was fast.

I bought it as replacement for a different model of Casio I'd had for about 7 years. The price was one attraction but having had it delivered I must say that it is an excellent watch - easy to read and set the various settings. After adjusting the bracelet very easily using my intuition I hardly know it's on my wrist.

I was given a Casio digital watch as a present about 20 years ago. It is still working well and the batteries last for years. The same model has been reissued as a Classic and so this was the only choice when I decided to buy a new watch. The two are pictured together.

What a service with me the next day. The watch is almost identical to one I previouly owned and does just what I wanted and at a lower price than other well known sources. It was cheaper to buy new than have the batery replaced in my old one. I have a great buy.
