I ordered this watch for my 24 year old daughter's birthday. I was really pleased when it arrived to find it is exactly as depicted on the website in both size and appearance and it was easy to remove the excess links in the bracelet. It looks very attractive on my daughter's arm and she loves it.

When I saw this wave watch I knew I had to have it. Is is very classy and elegant. Ordeing it was very easy and amount of time for shipping was exceptable. I was also pleased with the ease in shortening the band, only took seconds. I have had many complements on it. It did, however take some time getting used to not having any numbers on the face, but, other than that, i find it acceptable and so very glad that I followed through and purchased it.

Absolutely beautiful watch with swarovski cyrstals. This watch is perfect to wear on any occasion classy for a wedding and and not too over the top for and evening out or day wear. I like the design as it elegant and strikingat the same time, less is more.

The item get delivered on time and perfectly packed along with a gift bag as ordered. I was also entitled for a free diamond pendant as a part of a Coupon along with the Watch. But the pendant was not there in the pack. I called customer services of Watchshop.com and they talked very nicely and noted down the complaint and promised to deliver the same. It was really to my total surprise that it arrived there in my office address even before i reached office.
