I was looking for a watch for my girlfriends 21 and I was very happy with this. The main thing I was trying to avoid as a masculine watch as so many other womens watches are however the oval face, plain lines denoting hours and the bracelet set this watch apart. This watch isnt waterproof (as some dealers deny) and The Watch Shop are very honest and have warned the user of this (see attached picture) which is great as I wouldnt want to gift this to someone and they brake it! The watch comes with a lifetime guarantee from Rotary. This is secured by attaching the sticky label at the top left corner of the receipt you receive to the hard card included in the box from Rotary. DO NOT throw your receipt away without attaching this label as it is the guarantee. Both the watch and the matching bracelet have hallmarks in the shown areas (see attached picture) and they are in recognised formats and clearly visible. Ive included this as Im uncertain you know this before receiving the watch and I want to lay all your minds at rest! I requested a gift bag with my order (very simple, just tick a box) and this can be seen in the picture however I think Ill only be using the white Rotary box the watch comes in as the gift bag has WATCHSHOP and the website written on the bag. This isnt a massive point however I feel you ought to be aware. This is a brilliant, clear and stylish watch with a perfect matching silver bracelet that will wow anyone. I thoroughly recommend it and can vouch for it being totally silver. Enjoy!

The watch was an excelent pressent. The service was top notch, another retailer had sold out and the sales staff were able to arange express shipping to ensure it arrived the next day.

This silver Rotary evening watch is simple, elegant and dressy without being in the least showy. It has a quartz movement and comes with an international lifetime guarantee.
The watch length is 19 cm and my local jeweller only took a few minutes to remove a link to make it a perfect fit. Batteries are readily available.
It isn't waterproof. The fastening is rather fiddly because it's so small and takes a bit of getting used to.
The bonuses are the matching bracelet which is fine for everyday as well as evening wear, and the price - when I was searching for a watch at our large city centre jewellers, their retail price was £200 more than Watchstop's.
Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent, excellent, excellent what more can I say, the item I wanted at a price beating anyone else, delivered next day.



I had searched for this item both on line and in the High street; Watchshop UK could not be beat on the price or service. Ordering was so simple with next day delivery. The best part of the Watchshop is they don't just sell watches, I will certainly be adding them to my favourites.

Well, I used this site as it was £42 cheaper to buy this product here than in H Samuel. Now, despite telling them this fact, they still wouldn't reduce their price.



I was concerned given that I needed this watch the next day, but the WatchShop got it to me in time and was very much appreciated by my girlfriend.



My only concerns post-purchase is the clasp for the watch (which doesn't click well, especially compared to the bracelet) and my girlfriend doesn't seem to find that the bracelet and watch work well together.



Ultimately I think I'll be returning it and just getting the watch (with hopefully a better clip) and I'll hopefully be able to say this process is trouble free - we'll see, my girlfriend is considering this possibility.



As for the watch - it is beautiful and there are very few watches like it.

Steve: Hi, Interested in the ladies Sterling silver watch and bracelet set. Price is excellent and much cheaper than local shop. Can you confirm the the strap and the bracelet are both sterling silver
