Unfortunately, even with the highest quality of watches, faults can occur. For this reason, we offer you a full manufacturer's warranty with all of our watches which covers your watch against manufacturing defects such as losing time or the watch ceasing to operate. We recommend that any such watch repairs/replacements are only performed by the appropriate manufacturer and for this reason the quickest method to have these problems rectified is to return the watch directly to the manufacturer yourself. The returns address is included in your guarantee booklet, and you should also include the guarantee with the watch. The turn around for all of the companies we deal with is usually very fast, and you can usually expect your watch to be repaired/replaced within 1-2 weeks. If the watch is within its guarantee period then it should be done free of charge if the fault is due to a manufacturing error.
Alternatively, if you prefer, we can return the watch to the manufacturer on your behalf however this may delay the process.
